About the Role

As a Luxury Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Armor Roofing, working directly with homeowners to assess their roofing needs and deliver tailored solutions. This is

a consultative sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, educating clients, and closing high-value deals.


Your Mission: Help high-end homeowners protect, enhance, and add value to their

properties with premium roofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home & on-site consultations to assess roofing needs.

Perform roof inspections, take measurements, and provide accurate estimates.

Educate clients on premium roofing materials, metal fabrication options, and warranties.

Build trust & lasting relationships with homeowners to drive referrals.

Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.

Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and best practices.


What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience (roofing, construction, or high-ticket sales preferred).

Exceptional communication & persuasion skillsYou're a natural at building rapport.

Self-motivated & goal-drivenYou take ownership of your success.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that homeowners understand.

Comfortable with heights (some site visits may require roof access).

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (necessary for on-site consultations).


Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in roofing, construction, or luxury home improvement sales.

Familiarity with roofing systems, metal fabrication, or architectural design.
