What You'll Do:

Expert Roofing Installation: Install premium roofing materials, including shingles, standing seam metal, and tiles.

Lead & Coordinate: Support and guide a team of installers, ensuring efficiency and top-tier quality.

Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols, adhere to building codes, and ensure site security.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Client & Team Communication: Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, crew members, and supervisors.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of professional roofing experience (leadership experience is a plus!)

Strong knowledge of roofing materials & installation techniques

Commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and quality

Ability to work at heights & perform physically demanding tasks

Valid driver's license & clean driving record (required for operating company vehicles)

Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

$20 - $25 per hour (based on experience & skill level)
